In burning a video of numerous movies

in movie edit 17, i have 4 mini movie to merge into one.....I set the setting to go to the next movie but when it transitions it always flashes the menu....in 12 this never happened and since I moved to MP4, had to upgrade and suggestions

If you really want to merge your movies why not do so rather than create a disc with four? You can still choose any one by having each a chapter.

The easiest would probably be to export each movie as a DVD quality mpeg file and create a new project using just these four clips.
