Installation Magix Audio Cleanic 16 deluxe

I've a problem to install Magix AUdioCleanix 16 deluxe on a new desktop with Windows 11. At the end of the install process, the product refuses to work, telling me I've yet been registrated. It is true, Magix was installed previously on 3 other PC's. Reading your terms and conditions, I realize it is not possible to have 4 pcs ... So, i've desinstalled Magix from a lap top, hoping this would allow me to intall on the new desktop, but it refuses again to do that, and I don't know why now. The version is 16.00. Please tell me how to proceed to use your wonderfull product on my new PC.

@Christian-Alessio If your serial number begins with P3 you can simply disable the previous installations in your customer account at Magix.com.

Since Audio Cleaning Lab 16 seems to be very old, it could be that it's serial number begins with P2. Then it might be necessary to reset an activation counter. This can only be done by the Magix support. The problem with this solution is, that the support currently no longer responds to us users. I'm unable to get in contact with support since over a month now. I only get an AI bot response and this bot cannot solve license problems. This can only be done by human support staff members and it seems there is no longer any support staff left.
