Following is a detail for format supported

Supported import formats:
Video: AVI, DV-AVI, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, HDV, MPEG-4, MXV, MJPEG, QuickTime™,
WMV(HD), VOB

Audio: WAV, MP3, OGG, WMA, MIDI, Dolby®Digital Stereo, Dolby®Digital 5.1
Graphics: JPEG, BMP, GIF, TIF, TGA (supports scanners and digital photo cameras
(TWAIN)

Supported export formats:
Video: AVI, DV-AVI, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, HDV, MPEG-4, QuickTime™, RealMedia,
WMV(HD)

Audio: WAV, MP3, Dolby®Digital Stereo

Graphics: JPEG, BMP

As you can see non of Adobe CS5 format is mentioned, but if you could convert to above format then you can use.

For further details I suggest if you got Movie Edit Pro 16 then please read pdf file you can locate in Program folder.
