Unfortunately your first post here is very much lacking in detail!

Please tell us at which step in the installation process the failure occurs. Assuming you have downloaded the initial file, which is actually a Download Manager (which downloads and runs the actual installer), please tell us exactly what happens, or doesn't. With that information we may well be able to offer you additional guidance.
