Just purchased a new PC running Windows 7 home. When I try to install Magix Music Maker 16 I get error message as below

Just purchased a new PC running Windows 7 home. When I try to install Magix Music Maker 16 I get error message as below

 

Cause "Another installation is already in progress. Complete that installation before proceeding with this install. (1618) "

 

There isn't another installation in progress and nothing shows up in Task manager.

 

Any suggestions?
