Loaded Movie Edit Pro 17 Plus on new Windows 7 OEM. It won't except .MOV or .VOB Vidio, It will except .JPG. Computer is 64 Bit.

You may need to register the encoders under the drop down menu help. Magix only makes the software, not the encoders so each need to be registered independently with their manufacture.

VOB will probably need the MPEG-2

MOV could need the MPEG-4

some formats have open source codecs like JPG, AVI but even those can have special needs such as DivX, XviD
