Magic Clone/Erase tool Xara 9?

Hi,

I'm having problems getting the magic clone /erase tool to work on Xara 9, it will let draw around the item I want to erase/clone but when I click on on magic erase nothing happens I've followed the instructions in the help menu but still isn't working.

Is there something I've missed or do I have a problem with my software, I'm using a windows 7 64 bit lap top.

appreciate any help anyone could give.

Hi Sean,

I am using Xara Designer Pro X9, 32 bit version. I have no problem with the Clone/Magic erase tool. Did you try the manual method to see if it works?

Perhaps you could post more details and a couple of screen shots showing what you are doing.
