Magix 16 memory allocation CRASH

Why is there no answer to the following error? It happens so often that it is preventing me from working.

"A memory allocation request failed. Maybe there is no memory available (yes there is, 4GB and Magix the only app running) or an internal error has occured" Yup - magix 16 is failing every time I try to edit... They've gone on to 17... I only bought 16 a couple of months ago and I've had nothing but problems and no fixes or upgrades... not even an offer to upgrade to 17 - but is that any better????????

I used previous versions and never had problems but Magix 16 appears unable to handle HD without REGULARLY crashing - every time I use it on a Vista 32, dual 2.28 Centrino with 4Gb - well within the spec limits advertised.

Singularly unimpressed for the moment...

Hi.

Do you really think that the problem could only be VDL 16? If so nobody could work with this program.

The last release of 16 is not perfect but you can work with it. I did.

In your case there could be lots of reason for this kind of error. It could be Drivers, Configuration or a corrupt Hardware.
