Hello there,

Can anyone help: this is the issue:

A valid subscription or product with a hub quota is required to download and use the stock content.

I tried almost everything. I found a folder must be deleted but I am not so sure. I bought the Ultimate 2026 yesterday and I am blocked because of that... such a s...

In addition to what @Reyfox has written (I, too, would like to know which folder has to be deleted) in order to access the Magix HUB the user must log into it from within the app, in your case MS 2026 Ultimate. The login details are the same as you use to log into your Magix account I believe, they certainly are for me.

If no folder required to be deleted as per this Support article then, does this mean you were not logged in to the hub to access the services as per the Photostory article you linked to, or was it something else?
