Hi

We need more information:-

Which version of Photo Manager (PM) are you using?

Was PM working before the error message popped up, or is this a new install?

If the program was working, what changed on the computer, eg Windows update.

Are you logging in to the computer using a Microsoft account or local user account?

Iam using a trial version 13.1.1.12 on Windows 10..The program seemed to be working and i was trying additional features.. I selected "Tasks, Organize, Search for Faces.

A message came up "The face ID database is damaged. Before you continue a new Face ID database must be created from the category list. Do you wish to continue." I entered yes.

"Saving Face ID Database" came up, the program seemed to be working but after a not so short period of tim

e, the followinf mesage came up "Magix Photo Manager Not Responding".

I had no choice but to clost the program and rrstart.
