You bought the download version or the disc version?

What is the exact name of the MAGIX program?

What Windows operating system are you using?

Hello
what usually happens is that a dialoge appears saying that you need to acitvate MPEG2 codec. You should see the option of order online; do it. You'll get the code within a very short period via email, and when you do copy and paste it into the dialoge and you're good to burn.

You can not order the activation code on line if your product has already been registered.

You have to send an order form to some support  group who don't reply

Hm, Charles is not a happy man, but usually that's not true. I always got a reply, but not real time. If your outside the 2 year support period, then they usually still help. If it's a really old program you got, then maybe it's time to move on. Whatever though, do get in touch with them.

You can order the activation code once more if the product has been registered. Problems occur when people develop a freeware sensation for the program. If it's yours and you needed to reinstal, get in touch.
