Magix video converter

I have a MAGIX AV video converter but I don't have a driver for it on my computer. The converter was in my house, I have no idea who it belonged to. I downloaded the software with a free subscription. How can I get a driver for my converter? I want to digitize a Hi8 tape using a camcorder. Windows 10, 64bit_Asus ROG 513QM

Hi

The drivers for the older USB dongles are no longer available.

Windows 10 should have installed the correct drivers, however the device may not be accessible to the program you are using because the Windows, Settings, Privacy & Security, Camera and Microphone options Let desktop apps access your Camera/Microphone are not turned on.

Camera option from Windows 11, Windows 10 may be slightly different, the Microphone option is also similar.
