I know i have been to the media pool before, but i haven't used the program in a long time: How do I get videos into the media pool?

Alright this morning I was able to get into the media pool area, but all that I can see is the area in the top left corner with the taps "Import", "Fade", "Title", "Effects", and nothing else. Please Help!
