Movie edit plat. 13 - Color output completely wrong when encoding

Left is the raw file from the camera. Right is the encoded output. I have made encoded 100s of files and this is the first time the output is going to the wrong color. I'm using all preset options from within the program. Any idea why and how to resolve this?

Probably a GPU driver update to a problem version. Try winding back to an earlier driver.
