Movie Edit Pro 15 Plus

Have had to reset my PC to its factory settings and have reinstalled my Movie Edit Pro 15 Plus. Its in my PC system but I cannot get into the programme at all by clicking on the start menue/desktop icon. Can get into Music/Photo with no problems. Have reinstalled again same problem, get the initialzing/loading window then nothing. Am running windows XP SP2 and norton firewall. Strange that the programme worked before resetting my PC to its factory settings. Any advice please. Thanks. longjohnsilver.

Support have solved my problem byy doing a system check on my PC and advised what was missing and what needed updating and now the software is running fine. Thanks.
