Movie Edit Pro 17HD Keeps CRASHING

My sytem: Windows 7 Professional 64 bit, NVDIA GEForce 210 video card.

I am new to Magiz Movie Edit Pro 17HD and I was able to successfully make one 4 minute video with pictures I downloaded from the internet and used my own music. Now I wanted to try a more indepth video, but it keeps crashing and I fill out the form that is prompted without any help or fix for this frustrating issue. Hours wasted, money wasted..... I don't know what to do to correct this?

Any suggestions?...

Hi,

Use the Windows tools to check you hard like diskk cleanup and disk defrag. Close all software that you don't need to see software running in the background use the Ctrl Alt Del keys. This opens a windows showing running applications and memory used. Also you can turn off temporary the antivirus to avoid scanning all files and repertories.

Check space available on hard drive and download the last update for your application.
