My computer crashed and I had to buy a new one. I installed MX and the software will not accept the serial number. What should I do?

You will need to contact the magix support team through chat and explained what happend and theu will renew your account. They should have you file from when you intially registered.
Again, let them know that you need them to unlock your account as your system crashed and is preventing you from utilizing the software you purchased. Also, you may want to include your serial or registration code.
