movie studio 13 cant continue installation get stuck at registration

hey guys
i have asked in vegas site and they pointed to come here and ask.
in the site i have seen my product studio movie platinum 13 is allready registered.
i am now installing it in a new comp and try to install but get stuck in the registration step it i have got 2 options:
1) register online - it wont let me it says an error accured cant connect to registeration server error 12029
2) the secong option when i try register from other comp ... it send me link named: "Register Movie Studio Platinum" but when i enter the link it says "ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED"

please help me

On the Vegas site you were pointed towards how to log into your Magix account. If you can't do that you need help from either Magix of Vegas Creatives support and send them a support request.

Members and mods here can't help you.

@amir is the software "Vegas" Movie Studio 13?

If so, you are in the wrong user forum.

Suggestion, log into your Magix account to make sure you have it registered there, and there should be a download link to download that particular version.
