Greylow wrote on 1/12/2026, 2:00 PM

Windows 11 - 32 GB Ram - Intel Ultra 9 Core 2.50 Ghz

Screen Capture cannot connect to audio device. I clicked on "Recording Level" and been taken to the system sound menu, selected "stereo mix" as default device" (no other options available.) still...no love. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

G

@Greylow

Hi

In the Windows settings, Privacy settings, Camera and Security options, check that the options Let desktop apps access your Camera/Microphone are turned on.

You may need to scroll down to see the Let desktop apps option.
