There are instructions that came in the email with your purchase and serial number. I suggest that you click on the links and read the instructions, reproduced below. Also, scroll down your email and look at everything else that you have to download and install.

There is no such program as "Music Maker Ultimate," there is only "Music Maker Premium." Ultimate and Unlimited are composed of Music Maker Premium plus everything that is shown on the list. With Ultimate, You get Premium plus everything that is listed under Premium, plus everything else that is listed under Ultimate.

Open the instructions and you'll see:

Following purchase of a Music Maker Edition, sounds, functions and software instruments can be downloaded via the Music Maker Store. Activating your Store credit is easy and can be done directly within the program by entering your serial number.

To access the application, it's essential to have a MAGIX Account, which you can conveniently register during your first launch. To begin the process, simply click on the "Sign up here" option. If you're already a MAGIX Account holder, just enter your login credentials and proceed by clicking on the "Sign in" button.

Once you have activated Music Maker with your serial number, some things will be downloaded and installed automatically. What is downloaded and installed depends on what you purchased. The serial number is the key to that. Wait until all automatic downloading is done. Then, go to the Downloads tab and you'll probably see a bunch of stuff to be downloaded and installed. Do so.

Then, go back to your email, scroll down, and download, install, and activate anything else that is there, like Sound Forge Audio Studio 12 and iZotope Ozone 11 Elements - along with a link and step-by-step instructions for iZotope. I only purchased Premium; Ultimate may have more things to download and install.

There are gifts currently mentioned on the website. There should be information about these in the email. You may have received a voucher that you can use in the Store or on Producer Planet. Take note of these and follow the instructions.

Finally, go to the Store tab. On the dropdown, select Soundpools. Look at the bottom of the screen where it says Balance:. You should have credits there for selecting and downloading Soundpools. Click on the credits and you'll get a listing of what you can download with your credits.

Then, open the dropdown in the Store and select Sample Packs. There may be credits there as well.

Then, open the dropdown and select Instruments. There, you may have credits. Click on them to get the list of what you can use your credits for.

Finally, open the dropdown and select Effects (VST). There, you may have credits. Click on them to get the list of what you can use your credits for.

Combined with all of that, you should get everything that is on the list for Ultimate:

• Vandal virtueller Amp
• 5 Vita Instruments
• 14 GB Soundpool bundle
• coreFX und colorFX

You may want to advise those who posted on Reddit to scroll down the email, read the instructions, and look at, read, and comprehend the first screen shown above before making incorrect accusations.

EDIT:

I would appreciate it if you could take screen shots of the Downloads tab before downloading and installing anything. Same with Instruments and Soundpools tabs.

I should add that once everything has been downloaded and installed. you will have access to them in the program. Check under Loops which Soundpools that you have. Same with Instruments and effects. If you don't know how to access these, let us know.
