Hi newbie testing the mep 17 plus, tried the search but could not find the answer i need

i need this software at the Moment to only do screen captures to then post to utube for my clients to view. I have ' played' with the software but cannot get the quality of the text in the capture to look clean. Bits are missing or rough looking (as if in a graphics programme the quality settings are at 50-75% of normal)

i want to upload a full screen capture to utube in 480/360 format with a utube quality of about 360p

what am i likely to be doing wrong?
