Since 2009 i have de video software "Rescue your videotapes", the red/white version, Movies on DVD 7

In 2018 i bought a new computer with Windows 10 (64 bits).

Now, when i connect the VHS-C Panasonic movie camare, Windows 10 does not recognize it.

It says "No recording has been found in your system".

Can you help me?

I did as you said, but it didn't work.

It shows this message:

"The Windows installer encountered an error: 0x80096002

The certificate for the signer of the message is invalid or was not found."

This error code means the software and/or the driver is incompatible with Windows 10.

There are 2 options:

  1. Upgrade to the latest version of Rescue your video tapes which is Windows 10 compatible and comes with a new and better USB capture device.
     
  2. Upgrade the capture device to one that is Windows 10 compatible and has 32 bit drivers available.
    Note: if you take this option you may encounter other issues with the program and still have to upgrade the program

I want to do this, but I can´t find the new version for sale in Portugal.
I'll have to wait until they return to the Portuguese market.
