Do you have this option checked in the program settings:

Are you copying the files from the cameras internal memory direct to the PC?

Not sure, but believe I have that option checked.  Will double check on it to ensure it is.  As for the transfer, I transferred the videos to the PC from the memory cards through the PC memory card slots of course, then uploaded the videos into the program from the PC folder where the videos were saved.  I also read that the Dolby setting has to be set but don't see any setting for it anywhere in the program or the settings.
