I don't have/use MEP 17 Plus (my last version is 15 Plus, I now use Video Pro X) but I'm pretty sure all versions create a folder containing the .vob and .ts files in addition to creating the .iso image (which is actually only a .zip file containing all the components needed to burn the DVD).

So, wherever on your computer you choose to store the rendered DVD Image file you should also find a folder "DVD Image (your file name)" which contains the files you want.  Simply clicking on the .vob file(s) in MEP, or any other player, should enable you to see the finished DVD.

Thanks, Jeff. - Yes, it seems to play back the video that way, but for some reason I don´t get the menu included. Instead, I can view the whole video, including the menu, using Cyberlink PowerDVD, where I choose the .iso image file. My expertise in these technical issues is rather limited, as you can see.
