password was not allowed

hi there! i am not able topublish my site made with magix web designer premium 7.1.2 (18080 DL august 18 2011), because my password with which i have no problem login in on magix- online world .com is not accepted (password was not allowed) when using the inbuilt ftp nor when using filezilla (530 authentication failed) . i also tried changing password but it still doesnt work have any ideas or solutions for this issue ? it would be great ..thks !

Hi,

please send an e-mail to magix.

It is the same one with the magix-login.

It can bee a problem in the e-mailadress for example.

Hi

Did you get your password problem sorted as I am trying to upload my website for the first time and when the upload bar starts to upload, password not recognised comes up. Just wondered how you solved it.
