Program can't find website to register

Hello, I've been unsuccessfully trying to register Video Deluxe a lot of times. I enter my e-mail address and program serial number, but when I click on Register, the website is not found. If I knew the website address, I could register from there, but no such option. I haven't found any address on any Magix page I looked. Without registration I can't import any video. It asks for one-time activation. When I click on that I am thrown to the registration window. It's a loop. Can anyone help?

Hi

Check that your Antivirus/Firewall is not blocking Video Easy from accessing the Internet.

Thank you for your advice. I did that but it didn't work. Is there a website address on which I could register the product, not through the program?

Hi

You should be able to elect to register the software on another computer or by email/phone.

When you get the registration screen - there should be a link to alternative methods of registering - follow the instructions there.
