I created a website in xara pro. there were some issues between updates with smart shapes. i uploaded the file to be fixed and thankfully it was. unfortunately, now it will not allow me to publish. it says i am not registered on magix online which clearly i am. xara pro is registered under a different email address than my several magix online accounts (several other email addresses).

The registration email address has no bearing on the Publishing settings you are using.

Is the hosting site you are using the one that came with Xara Designer Pro, ie Xara Online, or older prior hosting with Magix Online World, or a third party hosting?

Assuming that the hosting contract has not expired, and you are getting the sign in dialog shown below, check the FTP server, logon and password details entered in to the Publish FTP settings are correct for the site you want to upload working through the options shown in the images below

Xara premium 19 does not allow me to update only the changes made to the document. It always uploads the entire website
