Reactivation problems

I have 3 Magix Movie Studio programs namely 2021, 2023 and 2025

My main hard drive (Drive C) just broke down, and after installing a new Hard drive and the the Magix programs I'm not able to register them. I get a message that stated that the serial number are already registered with another email address. Any help ?

Log to your magix account and deactivate
