Remove second e-mail address & Activation, create a single Email?

I have one product activated on a second email account. I deactivated the product and uninstalled in the computer. Trying to activate it on the first account but it says " this serial number has already been registered to another email address. Please contact Magix Support. Error code:-24" (Movie Edit Pro 2016)

@Richard-Lentz You can't activate it on another account. Only the support can remove a license from your account and transfer it to another account.

You can try to contact support via infoservice@magix.net or the SUPPORT link at the top of this page. But be warned, many users and I myself tried to contact support in the last couple of months and got no answers except AI responses. So it looks like nobody is working there any longer. Of course, the AI bot isn't able to transfer licenses.

Until last year support was pretty good, but it looks they all got fired after Magix switched owners.
