Hi Everybody,

I have just installed an update from the products page: <webdesigner19premium_dim_ze9olw.exe>

The above is a warning dialog when I run this new version program.

Xara Info:

Xara Web Designer Premium 19.0.0.63990  DL x64 Mar 11 2022

O/S:

Edition    Windows 10 Home
Version    21H1
Installed on    ‎2021-‎07-‎13
OS build    19043.1586
Experience    Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4170.0
 

The previous Web Designer 18 runs without issue.

I assume that the file in question RTFfilter.dll is involved with downloading files for the local designs gallery. Downloading templates does not complete.

Is there a FIX for this?

This issue has been reported by several users and I believe has been reported to Magix as a bug in the new version.

There would be no harm at all in you also creating a Support Ticket to report it.
