1) Hey man, you’re serial number didn’t work. Did I go to the wrong web site? 2) I got the Premium edition and I can’t load my projects from MAGIX DELUXE on your product. What’s up with that?

Please note this is a user to user forum not Magix Support.
You have posted in the Sound Forge forum, yet you mention Magix Deluxe, which is not the full name of a Magix program.
Assuming you mean Magix Video Deluxe, or Photostory Deluxe and the serial number is not working, after you have entered the full serial number including the P3- prefix - copy and paste is the method to use to avoid typos, then you should be getting one of 2 error messages:
Error code -14, means that you're putting a valid MAGIX serial number into the wrong MAGIX product or version/edition.
Error code -24 , serial number has already been registered to another email address

Thank you, I got iit working. Select upgrade on SOUND F instead of new purchase then paste serial number. As for Magix Deluxe, that was back in 2004.
