Single frame capture

In MEP16/17 I used to be able to grab a single frame as a picture from the video ....for some reason I have forgotten how I used to do this.

I hope I understand what you are after.

If you load in the video you want a single frame from, and in Time-Line mode, you place the cursor where this frame in that shows the single image you want, (In MEP 16/17) you go to File, Export Movie, Single Frame as BMP or Single Frame as JPG.
