syrcheme,

Towards the bottom left of the product page http://www.magix.com/us/movie-edit-pro/detail/ is a link to a 17/17+ comparison chart. Keyframe editing, which is what you'd need is listed for both. That said I'd go for the Plus version every time. There's a small charge for some codec activations in the regular version so the price difference isn't all that much and many other Plus features are well worth it.

Why not download the demo versions of both and try them out?

Regards,

Carl

Carl puts in a nutshell. Never understand people who 'save' by going got the standard version, then activate MPEG4 for a fee. In the Plus you get MPEG4 included plus so much more, and eventually, MPEG4 seems to get us all.

Keyframe editing would be the only way to go. Try the trial out, but remember to deliberately extend to the full 30 days, otherwise game over after 7, which is really frustrating. Cheers, M o' L.
