ME 17+ download, Win 7 6.1.7600, Intel Core i7-860 2.8 ghz, 8gb ram, Bios AMI Po1-AO,19/03/10, Nvidia GeForce GT320 1 gb

My first video and it stutters at the 45 sec mark. I take the clip out and move it somewhere else on the timeline and it plays ok. I redo the clip and it still stutters when inserted in the place I want it. The timeline cursor actually stops then jumps forward at the stuttering point.
