You titled your post, "Subscription" but ask about how cancel a "free trial". That is rather confusing!

First, "Video Pro X" has never been a subscription product so, inevitable question: is that your Magix Product? If so, and you have downloaded the Free Trial version, it will simply cease to work at the end of your trial period if you do not buy it. So there is no subscription to cancel.

So, more details please.
