Successfuly not activated

Hello everyone, today I bought a Music Maker 2023 Premium, and after installation it asked for login credentials, and then for serial number, I pasted my SN to input field, successfuly activated and showed up a list of items what have I activated, but here it's that problem, after I restarted Music Maker, I had FREE license type, logged in account but have not activated and I can't activate it with that SN again because is used.

@Milan-Bartek After you logged in, wait a short moment (it can take a minute), and then your version should be listed in the splash screen next to the login button.

Yeah, but I didn't received email about for 30 minutes about activation and on my account is only free version too.

It show only EDM 2022 which I had activated later

@Milan-Bartek Please don't post serial numbers here. Are you taking about your customer account at Magix.com? The Premium Edition isn't listed there?

As I said, I activated it, showed up a list of items I have activated now and after restart it didn't show up anywhere, and it say it's already used, but I can't see it anywhere

@Milan-Bartek Ok, I would guess that you registered the Premium Edition to the wrong e-mail address (typo?). But that is very odd. Did you create a new user account for each product?

@Milan-Bartek The only thing you could do now is to open the program settings under the File > Settings menu and then click on the button to clean up the store. This will delete the cache of the store. Maybe it makes a difference.

If not, I would suggest you contact customer support at infoservice@magix.net because they can locate to which account the serial number was registered and transfer it to your account.

then I got finished up installation of sound forge audio studio 16

so i closed music maker

and when I started music maker, I had been logged out, I logged in and nothing...free without license and in account haven't these edition

Please be aware these are user to user forums and confidential data, like your serial key, must never be posted here. There are NO Magix staff present in the forums.

At what point were you asked for a nickname? I can't ever remember being asked for this when registering any of my Magix products.

I assume your mention of Sound Forge Audio Studio 16 means you purchased this at the same time as you purchased MM Premium? Is that correct?

I bought bundle at Humble Bundle, so I bought probably 6 magix...packs? :D And okay, I didn't know this about user to user, and yeah, is that correct.

At music maker right after installation it asked

Nickname(can be changed later):

"mycomputerUSERname" was fitted in input field

so ...

@Milan-Bartek I hope support can help you in a timely manner.

This is the first time I encountered this problem in this forum, that the registration suddenly displays that it is used by another user after it was registered. But this at least shows that the serial number was saved in Magix' database.

@emmrecs Music Maker asks at the first start for a nickname that is displayed instead of the e-mail address in the top right corner (like it was in the past).

Hi Jeff

Double click on your email address top right of the program main interface, you should then be able to change it to a nickname.
