Title Editing

Cannot for the life of me find out how to put my own title into the video. It says 'please use the quick entry in the title editing box' or something like that. I get the box called title editor but still can't find out how to do it

If you go into timeline mode (when you can see all the tracks with your movie on it ), you should be able to just double click on the box that appears on the track (the title box thing). If that makes any sense?
