Travel Route animation for Movie Edit Pro 16

The manual for Movie Edit Pro 16 shows that I should have the wizard for creating a travel route animation. I do not have this wizard available to me after reinstalling all components. Any ideas?

I did a lot of searching around for the same thing. I then noticed in my manual its states the travel route animation is only available on Movie Edit Pro 16 plus
