trying to download the learning models for Vegas 22

I have Vegas 22 on my computer. I am trying to download the learning models for Vegas 22 but I get an error message stating" there are no compatible products on my computer." Any idea why this would happen and how to fix it? Thanks! Dell XPS windows 10
