Hello, I'm getting back to you regarding the upgrade I paid for on the evening of September 13th for 59.90 euros, for the ultimate deluxe video version. I still haven't received my order confirmation and order number in my email: nathchrist.p.a.a@gmail.com, you sent it to me in an email that no longer exists: christophemillet@sfr.fr. I'm waiting to receive confirmation of my order and the serial numbers for activating my products in the email: nathchrist.p.a.a@gmail.com as specified above. Thank you for your understanding. Dans l'attente d'avoir la confirmation de ma commande et les numeros de série pour l'activation de mes produits sur la boite mail : nathchrist.p.a.a@gmail.com comme spécifié au dessus. Hi.

This is a user to user forum. There are no representatives from the Magix company here to deal with your problem. Use the email address infoservice@magix.net.

Also don't put nay personal details onto public forums such as your email address.

Your enquiry with Magix was three days ago, They can take longer than that to respond. It's also possible a reply may end up in your spam folder so also please check that.

This topic may end up being locked and modified by the moderators here so your personal details do not show.

[edit] I can no longer find a web page on the Magix site with that as a contactable address.

Even if you no longer have access to your old email address you can use that to log into your Magix account and contact them from there or possibly find your paid for product along with its activation code.
