Having installed Video Deluxe 2026 Premium, I click on 'Help' > 'Activate Content Packs...' to install proDAD VitaScene V5 PRO and then insert my coupon code. I then get a message that my coupon code has already been redeemed. If this is true, then how can I verify where the proDAD files are installed? Or what is the problem with the 'already redeemed' message? Thanks for your help.
I am using Windows 11 on a DELL Optiplex computer with 32 GB memory.
