Every time I click on 'Effects' Video Deluxe 2026 Premium hangs up completely. The program also hangs up in other situations. I have to keep closing the program and then reloading it. Thank you for your help, Reyfox, but I've given up completely on this software. I've been updating it for years but now realize that this software is so difficult to implement and defective that it's not worth the hassle. I've deleted from my computer everything MAGIX and at the same time lost my renewal fee.

I don't have VDL 2026, so can't speak on difficulties installing it. I've never had any personal issues installing Magix VPX or MMS/MEP.

I wouldn't give up just yet. You paid for the software because you wanted to use it. How about listing your computer specs in your User Profile>My Signature like mine below? Dell Optiplex does not specify any specific hardware configuration.

Clicking on Effects, if the software was properly installed, should cause a crash. Seems like an installation issue. How you uninstalled and reinstalled the software?

Do you see a specific error message?

I have a similar problem. When I install Prodad, I get an error but it keeps installing. I can't see anything in the Prodad transitions except one.

They have honestly responded quickly and what they have explained to me is how to use them, but the problem is that they are not there and therefore I cannot use them (I have been using Magix for years) and it has never happened to me.

Magix hasn't even responded to me as to what the problem could be.

I have an i5 13500, 64 MBM2 disk memory, all of which are very fast.

Does anyone know if installing prodad with the failsafe system could solve this problem?

I'm also thinking of throwing in the towel and going back to my old Magix.

Did you change the location where the effect is installed, it should be in the folder

C:\Program Files\proDAD\Vitascene-5.0 ?

If not then close the video editor, uninstall Vitascene, this can be done in Windows Settings, Apps, Installed apps then re-install accepting the default location.

You may find that Effects tab left pane will indicate that the effect is not installed, as seen in the image below indicated by the red arrow, this is an annoying bug, it may disappear on its own

Further down the same pane is the 'real' Vitascene effect icon, indicated by the yellow box in the image above.

If you see only one effect in the Vitascene window did you activate the effect with the serial number given when you click the white Prodad Vitascene icon?

Si no es así cierre el editor de vídeo, desinstale Vitascene, esto se puede hacer en Configuración de Windows, Aplicaciones, Aplicaciones instaladas y luego vuelva a instalarlo aceptando la ubicación predeterminada.

Es posible que el panel izquierdo de la pestaña Efectos indique que el efecto no está instalado, como se ve en la imagen a continuación indicada por la flecha roja, este es un error molesto, puede desaparecer por sí solo.

Más abajo en el mismo panel se encuentra el ícono del efecto Vitascene "real", indicado por el cuadro amarillo en la imagen de arriba.

Si solo ve un efecto en la ventana de Vitascene, ¿activó el efecto con el número de serie que aparece al hacer clic en el ícono blanco de Prodad Vitascene?

Efectivamente, prodad está en la carpete y hubicación que comentas. No se si en alguna de ellas puedo ver si están instalados.

El icono real que comentas, si lo tengo en efectos, y al pinchar en el, melleva al programa donde puede insertar el efecto en el vídeo elegido. Imagino que será la forma de trabajar, no se. El problema es que en "plantillas" sale...

En la parte izquierda "trancisiones adicionales" pero al pinchar, solo sale un icono a la derecha,, con la trancición del círculo.

No se cargan todas, con lo cual no puedo arrastras la trancisión entre dos fotogramas ya que no hay ninguna, a excepción de la que comento.

El número del vale lo introduje en su momento y cada vez que intento instalar los prodad, me sale el número de serie que me mandaron, además, si intento ponerlo de nuevo, me dice que ya lo tengo activado.

Cuando intento descsrgarlo de nuevo, a veces me sale un mensaje diciendo que debo crear un perfil de outlook, pero no se a que se refiere tengo varias cuentas y no se a que se refiere. Acto seguido, a veces sigue, y a veces se apaga Magix.

Lo del efcto único no es cuando se abre Prodad, sino en plantillas:

Pero al no salir en plantillas no puedo crear trancisiones con prodad. Ignoro si es que no se trabaja como en todas las demás tranxisiones

Exacto. Estaba realizando el último intento ya que vi que vitascene tenía un problema similar en otro programa de edición y resulta que colocaba la única transición que tenemos, y luego tenía en propiedades la opción de cambiarla por otra de todas las que tiene, que se debía a que son tantas las que tiene que no se podía abrir todas en las opciones, entiendo que según vaya utilizando, se van quedando como favoritas o algo así.

En este programa, algo hay mal que no funciona.

Having installed Video Deluxe 2026 Premium, I click on 'Help' > 'Activate Content Packs...' to install proDAD VitaScene V5 PRO and then insert my coupon code. I then get a message that my coupon code has already been redeemed. If this is true, then how can I verify where the proDAD files are installed? Or what is the problem with the 'already redeemed' message? Thanks for your help.
I am using Windows 11 on a DELL Optiplex computer with 32 GB memory.

Llrmevo todo el día. Muchas, muchas horas haciendo cambios y pruebas. Conseguí que me salieran las transiciones pero cada vez que activo la pestaña para verllas, además de que me dice que no puede leerlas, se me cierra el programa. No se si el error será por ser actualición, me siento frustrado y harto a la vez. No consigo poder trabajar con el.

He decidido desinstalarlo, volver a instalar laversión anterior e instalar la versión de actualización dd nuevo y probar desde cero otra vez.

Es un incordio esta actualización. Quizá la versión completa no de ese problema. No se que hacer.
