I have owned product Sony Movie Studio Platinum Suite 12.0 for several years and swear by it. It has been a great product. Recently my older computer needed to be replaced and this product was installed into this newer computer. (windows 11)

I was able to register it about 3 months ago. This past week it would not open. I was committed to uninstall and program and then re-enter it. By this system I was able to reenter the program with the S/N, however, the Registration number will no longer work. I have tried 2-3 times ---each time double checking the characters for any errors. The screen mentions that I should contact support for a new registration number. Could someone please assist ? Thank you Doug Pauley
