On November 22, 2025, I purchased Vegas Pro 23.0. I mentioned earlier that my computer was freezing and that I could manage to use the program. I asked for advice on what to do. At some point, I received an email informing me that the ticket had been closed. Okay, I understand that. The question was closed without any resolution. I kindly request a refund of the amount paid to your account. I am requesting a refund because I feel cheated and left to my own devices – I received no help in resolving the issue. Therefore, I am requesting a refund of the amount paid.
