Vegas Pro 365 subscription isn't letting me register SF 18

I have a current and valid subscription for Vegas Pro 365 - which includes Sound Forge. Version 18 allowed me to download, but it isn't accepting the serial number as valid... besides, the Pro 365 still lists in my account as registered in 2022 (and I have kept renewing it).

My hardware is more than sufficient (LOL). Windows 11 Pro, 64 bit.
