Vegas Pro annual subscription question

Hello there,
Last year I purchased an annual license for VEGAS Pro Suite. I’m very happy with the software and would like to renew my subscription. Under my current contract, the renewal price is listed as BRL 660.00. But new customers are currently being offered a promotional price of BRL 588.00 for "Winter Sale".

I’d like to know if I can renew my license using the current promotional price, and with that still be entitled to the version upgrade, since when I bought it last year the current version was 22, and now it’s 23.

I also need to know if, by using the current promotional price, I can continue using VEGAS Pro version 22 as part of the subscription. I’m asking because I use the software on my employer’s computer, and their software‑update policy is very bureaucratic. The IT department would need to homologate VEGAS Pro 23 before I can use the update, and that process usually takes more than a month. So if I’m able to keep using VEGAS Pro 22 with the annual subscription for version 23, that would give me enough time to request the homologation of the new version.

I’ve been trying to reach support for several days with no response. I’ve already opened tickets #2025120817001796 and #2025121117002234, but I haven’t received any email contact from the support team. Please, I have a lot of work ahead and I really need the software active and fully available..

Thank you, and I look forward to your guidance.

@faschimi For about three months by now support is basically unreachable. I recommend you ask at the official Vegas community at https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info because some developers are active over there. They might be able to solve that for you. You could also try to contact the parent company of Magix here

I'm not sure if there are many support staff members left.
