After installing some audio plugins from Boris, Vegas cannot start, version number Vegas21. I tried uninstalling Boris and Vegas, but it still cannot start.

I once tried ctrl+shift to reset the Vegas settings, but it didn't work either.Problem Description

@wang-ren Crashes in ntdll indicate driver problems. It could be your graphics driver or audio driver. Maybe try to reinstall those.

Have you tried to restart the computer? Please select the restart option, not the Shut down option.

Also try to check your Windows system for errors. For this, open the command prompt as administrator and type

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

and press the Enter key on your keyboard. This will download the newest image files from Microsoft.

Next type

SFC /scannow

and press Enter. This will check the integrity of your Windows system and tries to repair it. This might help.

If nothing of the above helps, try asking in the official Vegas forum at https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/
