Video deluxe 2026 Plus 3d problems

Hi

I'm trying out, Video deluxe 2026 Plus. I have a Xreal Beam Pro

I have taken some 3d Photos at 7680 x 2880 and some video at 3840 x 1080 60 fps, this plays back fine using 3d glasses

I added some test 3d photos to the time line 1 and some music on timeline 3

In a Magix how to, it states select all photos, select effects, choose stereo 3d, chose stereo pair, this creates another set in time line 2, however both time line 1 and 2 are still both stereo images, not the left and right is this correct?. also there were less images in time line 2, on inspection some photos were missing in timeline 2 that are in time line 1 and now the audio is also incorrect in length. however if you play it in magix its seems to be in sync?. I did also try them as standard 2d this seems to work OK and rendered OK but I needed to change the output from 7680 x 2880 to the standard 4k size 7680 x 4320, also tried 3840 x 2160 that was also OK

The same thing happens if you add a few video clips doing the same as above the time line 2 has the same stereo images but look shorter

 

note in the above I disabled mix down as that just gives you an error

As the photos and video from the device are Side by Side (SBS), there is no need to change them to 'stereo pair', this is only for images/video which record left and right as separate image/video clips.

If you have not done so, set the preview monitor to the correct SBS setting ie from the Hamburger menu

The only other settings you would need to change is the project dimensions to 3840 x 1080 60 fps and on export ensure the SBS option for the video format you export as is set to the correct SBS

Hi John

The Photos and Video are in side by side mode

If I go to the screen menu and change it from 2d ie 1 left and 1 right image to side by side, I get 4 images ie left right and left right. this also happens if i select the effects and 3d stereo option i can only get it to work using the 2d option

The Project is set to 3840 x 2160 I have now manually changed it to 3840 x 1089 at 60 fps
