Video Pro X2.5 tells me that I have exceeded the number of unlock proceedures, now what?

I have not re-installed my software since last November 2012 when I purchased a new computer. Now when accessing the program, i am informed that ai have exceeded the number of unlock proceedures.  I can't seem to get through to Customer support.  What can i do?

Unforutnately, the only solution is to contact Customer Support and ask then to rest your activation data.  We, as fellow-users, can offer no solution.  Sorry
