Hi

Search for and delete, or rename, the videodeluxe.ini or movieedit.ini file depending on which version of MEP you have and restart the program.  This should clear the problem - note you will have to reset any changes you made to the programs settings.

Thank you very much.  That worked perfectly.  The videodeluxe.ini was in 2 places so I deleted both
