Hello my name is Darren Frank, i bought this software 06/18/2020 at a best buy in person, when i got home and tried to login on my computer for the software download it said that my voucher key was already being used..

@Darren-Frank Are you talking about 2020 or 2022? It could be, that the software was returned from a previous customer of Best Buy. Was everything sealed? I think you need to ask their customer support for a replacement.
